Richard Crenian – This is me

Richard Crenian is the founder and president of ReDev Properties Ltd. Since establishing the company in 2001, Richard and ReDev Properties Ltd has grown the asset management company using a long-term approach to manage over 25 commercial properties, primarily located in Western Canada.

Prior to ReDev Properties Ltd, Richard established a real estate development company based out of Saskatchewan, Canada. Specializing in the construction of multi-family residential rental buildings, the company went on to build over 11,000 apartments and condos, along with numerous retail plazas. With this company, Richard achieved over one billion dollars in sales.

Aside from building his company, Richard is also a founding member and mentor of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization in Saskatchewan. Currently, he is a member of the World President Organization, having graduated from the Young President Organization in 2009.

He generously supports the Daily Food Bank, Sunnybrook Hospital Toronto, Covenant House, the Baycrest Alzheimer’s Foundation and theNext36.ca.

While managing the growth of his company, Richard is a proactive supporter of his community, regularly donating to charitable causes such as the Covenant House, the Baycrest Foundation, the Daily Food Bank, Sunnybrook Hospital
